Veterinary Technicians |
Shannon, CVT
Shannon earned her degree in Veterinary Technology at Brevard Community College. She chose to become a veterinary technician when she realized how much she enjoyed working with animals in the health care field. She has been with Crater Animal Clinic since December of 2006. Shannon has 2 black labs named Sadie and Dozer and enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, and spending time with friends.

Anna Allred – Large Animal Assistant
Anna joined the Crater Animal Clinic team in November of 2009. She graduated from Crater High School in 2006 and began working in the veterinary field during her senior year. She has two horses that she likes to compete on in trail and gaming events, one dog and four cats. Anna is recently engaged to her fiancé Chris and plans to be married this summer. She enjoys spending her time outdoors and in the sun!

Colt Venable - Small Animal
Colt was born in Eugene but has spent most his life in the Medford area. He started at Crater Animal Clinic in January of 2003 and enjoys being a surgery tech and helping with orthopedic procedures. Colt is recently engaged and plans to go back to college for his RN after he marries. In his spare time he enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking and hunting. He has two cats and two dogs.
Chellis Rogers - Small Animal Assistant
Chellis is a southern California native who transferred to Oregon in March, 2001. She worked for a southern California power company for 33 years before taking a position as an area director of the Special Olympics. Chellis has been with Crater Animal Clinic since 2001 – she enjoys working with animals and believes our clientele is one of the finest in the valley! With the possible exception of working with Special Olympics athletes, Chellis believes working at CAC is one of the most fun and rewarding jobs she has held. Away from the job, Chellis enjoys gardening, movies, and participates in many church activities, including mission outreach.

Sharon Davis - Receptionist
Sharon grew up in the Rogue Valley and has spent most of her career in the animal care industry. She has been with Crater Animal Clinic since 1991 and has gained various skills as a receptionist, administrator and veterinary assistant. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband Rod and her three children, as well as horseback riding, gardening, hiking and camping.
Valerie Mondry - Receptionist
Valerie is originally from southern California and moved to the Rogue Valley in 1976. She worked in a medical office before joining Crater Animal Clinic in 2000. She has 2 Boxers and 2 grandsons with whom she enjoys spending time and manages investment properties in her spare time.
Rhonda Mondry - Receptionist
Rhonda grew up in Grants Pass. She joined Crater Animal Clinic in 2005. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons she also has one dog. Rhonda also enjoys camping and fishing in the Oregon outdoors, and is also an active leader to her churches youth group.
Jamie Smith - Receptionist
Jamie was born in Medford and went to school in Eagle Point. Jamie has worked at Crater Animal Clinic since 2005. She enjoys greeting clients and checking in animals for appointments. Jamie and her husband Nathan have a son, Brady. She enjoys hunting, fishing and hanging out at her Grandparents ranch with her family. She enjoys having fun with her family and friends!
Lori Harter - Receptionist
Lori started working at Crater Animal Clinic in June of 2007 after moving here from California. As a small animal receptionist, she considers it her job to be a liaison between the clients and the doctors and also to keep the reception area clean and inviting to our clients. She became involved in the veterinary industry because she loves working with clients and their animals. Lori is married with two kids, two horses, three dogs and four cats. Her kids are actively involved in 4-H and the equestrian team.
Heather Wiggins - Boarding/Receptionist
Heather grew up in the Medford area and has been with Crater Animal Clinic since 2005. She received an Animal Care Specialist Degree from the Professional Career Development Institute.
Heather has two dogs, Honey and Anouke. She is engaged to be married this fall to her fiancé Patrick and enjoys reading, swimming, camping and anything to do with the outdoors!

Andrea Elrod - Boarding
Andrea was born in Portland but has lived most of her life in the Medford area. She received a bachelor’s in Biology from Southern Oregon University and joined the Crater team in October 2006. She enjoys the challenge and change in the veterinary field and loves learning new things. Her goal is to become a veterinarian and continue her learning. In her spare time she loves reading.
Heather Wiggins - Boarding/Receptionist
Heather grew up in the Medford area and has been with Crater Animal Clinic since 2005. She received an Animal Care Specialist Degree from the Professional Career Development Institute.

Byllie Young – Boarding
Byllie has been with Crater Animal Clinic since July of 2008 after interning her senior year and loving it. She graduated from Crater High School in 2008 and is currently attending Rogue Community College full time to become a nurse. She owns a small herd of cattle and enjoys riding quads and snowmobiles, knee boarding and being outside!

Cris Webber
Cris has been with Crater Animal Clinic since 2002 and is the Grooming Department Manager with 16 years experience! Cris was born and raised in the Rogue Valley. She enjoys outdoor sports such as hunting, fishing, four wheeling and camping with her children and her husband Charley!
Breanna Schultz
Breanna grew up in the Medford area. Breanna started with Crater Animal clinic in April 2007 and doubles as a boarding assistant when needed. She is a graduate of Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts School in Austin Texas and hopes to one day become a chef for a cruise ship. She has a dog and a cat and in the search for a chinchilla.

Diana Inkley, CVT
Diana was born and raised on a farm in the Rogue Valley and attended Crater High School. She has successfully show Arabian horses since the late ‘70’s and enjoys showing English Setters as well. Diana has been working in the field of veterinary medicine since 1983 and joined the Crater Animal Clinic team in 2001.
Diana and her husband Sam have a son, Christian. She currently has 2 horses, 2 dogs and 4 cats. Diana enjoys spending time hunting, camping and showing livestock with her family. She is also involved in the community with 4-H and FFA activities, especially with swine and sheep.
