Robert Addington D.V.M |
Dr. Addington is a native of Klamath Falls, OR. and graduate of the California State Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo, CA. He graduated in 1963 with a B.S. degree and then attended the School of Veterinary Medicine at Washington State University. He obtained his D.V.M. degree in 1968.
Dr. Addington came to Crater Animal Clinic in 1972 after spending 1 year in Carson City, NV. and 3 years in Klamath Falls, Oregon. His primary interests are small animal medicine and surgery. Dr. Addington and his wife of 39 years, Judy, have a son, Greg, and daughter, Jill who have given them 4 grandchildren.In off-hours Dr. Addington can be found enjoying his family, his church or golfing. |

Mathew Lawrence D.V.M. |
Dr. Lawrence was born December 21, 1959, in Palo Alto, CA. He moved to the Rogue Valley in 1968 and graduated from Medford Senior High School in 1978. Joining Crater Animal Clinic in 1988, he maintains a practice philosophy that advocates and provides a voice for our patients, always looking for the latest in technology and treatments that will enhance and extend the quality of life for his patients. He particularly enjoys surgery on small animals, especially orthopedic surgery. His outside activities include a hobby farm, woodworking, hiking and camping. He is married and has two children – Jason and Shalana. His wife, Ann, also holds a degree in veterinary medicine and her practice concentrates on all aspects of homeopathic medicine. |

Eric Keiser D.V.M. |
Dr. Keiser is a native Oregonian and graduated from Medford High School in 1975. He attended Central Oregon Community College and Eastern Oregon State College, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. In 1987, Dr. Keiser graduated from Oregon State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Keiser then joined a large animal practice in Mt. Vernon, WA. He and his family missed Oregon and in 1993, returned to the Rogue Valley and joined Crater Animal Clinic. He became a partner in 1995. Most of Dr. Keiser’s time at Crater Animal Clinic is devoted to treating large animals, the majority of which are horses. He has a special interest in equine dentistry and also enjoys equine reproduction and the challenges of lameness. Dr. Keiser and his wife Leslie have a son and daughter. He enjoys the outdoors especially running and fishing. Dr. Keiser is also a board member of the Rogue Valley Soccer Club and currently owns a dog, cat and one horse. |

Leslie Richardson D.V.M. |
Dr. Leslie Richardson joined the team of doctors at Crater Animal Clinic in June of 2004. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Southern Oregon University in 1998 and graduated from Oregon State University, College of Veterinary Medicine in 2004. Leslie and her husband Justin were both raised in the Rogue Valley and graduated from Crater High School. Both were active members in the Jackson County FFA and 4-H programs and they still enjoy supporting the local 4-H and FFA organizations. |
